UT

It is now my fourth year of being in college, the second of which I have been at UT. I have decided that there are so many benefits to being a communications major, and I feel very lucky. WCA Officer Elections

IMG_0422

Interested in becoming more involved in WCA? Are you a leader who likes to give back? If so, you should consider running for the 2015-2016 executive board. The positions require dedication and can be challenging. However being a leader for an organization like WCA is so rewarding and allows you to make some great friends along the way.

Elections will be held at meeting on Monday, May 4. Candidates will be given three minutes to stand up and give a short speech that includes their name, grade, why they’re running, etc. Votes will be tallied after each round and if a candidate loses, she may drop down to a second position of her choice. Officer descriptions and drop-down details are below.

I didn’t know which one exactly, but one thing is for sure: I was not expecting to write for USA Today College. I’m here toshare my personal account with this internship and two lessons I’ve learned.
